WHAT WE DO
Aligned Consulting Services operates at the intersection of international business, strategic advisory, and on-the-ground execution.
We work with a select group of partners to identify, structure, and support opportunities requiring local knowledge, discretion, and reliable infrastructure—particularly in Uganda and the broader East African region.
EAST AFRICA OPERATIONS
We maintain an operational presence in Kampala (Bukoto), providing a base for regional coordination, meetings, and project execution. Capabilities include: Market entry strategy and local landscape analysis; Identification and vetting of credible counterparties; On-the-ground operational support and logistics; Government and private-sector introductions; Deal support and execution oversight. We focus on opportunities where disciplined execution and trusted local access are essential.
LEGAL RECRUITING
In parallel, we maintain an established practice in legal recruiting and law firm advisory, including partner placements, strategic hiring, and select M&A advisory. This work reflects our long-standing relationships within the U.S. legal market and continues to serve as a core component of our platform.
