Industrial Development Initiative — Uganda

Advised on cross-border business collaboration involving industrial development initiatives in Uganda, supporting early-stage structuring, stakeholder alignment, and in-region coordination.  Date:  2016-2018.  

Led the development and positioning of a private healthcare and wellness platform in Kampala, including operational setup, branding, regulatory compliance, and establishing complex international supply chain.  Date:  2024 - present.

Advised on the preliminary development of a utility-scale solar initiative in Western Uganda (Hoima region), including feasibility analysis, stakeholder engagement, preparation of investor materials (including CIM), and targeted outreach to potential investors and financing partners.  Date:  2022

Advised on the sale of a Los Angeles-based law firm specializing in CEQA compliance to a large public agency-focused firm, including initial introduction, seller positioning, and ongoing involvement through closing.  Date: 2017–2018.
