Aligned Consulting Services is a U.S.-based advisory firm focused on high-trust, execution-driven work.

The firm is led by Devin Yaeger, a second-generation headhunter with a background spanning law, forensic accounting, and recruitment.  In parallel, ACS developed on-the-ground capabilities in East Africa, with a particular focus on Uganda. Through a combination of local relationships, infrastructure, and cross-border experience, ACS supports select partners in identifying and executing opportunities requiring reliable in-region presence.  Yaeger earned his J.D. with a Specialization in International Law from UCLA and operates under the highest ethical standards. 

The firm operates with a lean, trusted network and engages selectively where it can add meaningful strategic or operational value.
