While we are not staffed by lawyers or CPAs, we have a deep understanding of the law and US tax code, and can steer clients to our network of well-vetted tax and legal professionals who will assist in minimizing tax implications from a sale or other transition.  Often this includes complex suggestions such as reorganizing owners trust and estate plans, setting up niche retirement plans, and opportunities to retain real estate holdings (and the associated depreciation benefits) following an exit.
