We understand the importance of finding a compromise that not only satisfies the monetary needs of all parties involved, but also takes into account the "intangible" or "soft factors" that often matter just as much. These include maintaining office location, retention of employees, and perpetuating control of the strategic direction of the business going forward. 

We make it our priority to handle as much or as little of the process as our clients desire. Often we find our job is simply vetting potential opportunities and make the initial introduction; after all, many of our clients are themselves experts in the fields of law, accounting, and deal making.
